Response times depend on proximity. In major metros (LA, New York, Houston, Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver and similar) an operator is typically on-site within 30??60 minutes of dispatch. Yes. Rental-car misfuels at airport fuel stations are one of our most common jobs. We operate at every major US and Canadian airport rental lot including LAX, JFK, ORD, DFW, DEN, SEA, MIA, YVR, YYZ, YUL and Kona, Maui, Honolulu. We also liaise directly with the rental agency so you are not stuck with the vehicle.

Yes. Our Alaska and Canada operators carry cold-weather equipment including insulated draining rigs and winter-grade diesel so the vehicle can be returned to service even in sub-zero temperatures. We routinely handle misfuels at -20F and below.
