GMC Sierra 2500

Sierra Duramax diesel was filled with gasoline at a station on Niagara Falls Boulevard. Owner was heading to see the Falls and didn't notice the wrong pump. Our Western New York tech arrived quickly, drained all contaminated fuel from the Sierra, flushed the fuel system, and refilled with clean diesel. Trip to Niagara Falls saved.

GMC Sierra 3500

Sierra Duramax was misfueled with gasoline at a station near Mall of America in Bloomington. Owner was picking up furniture from the shopping center. Responded to the Bloomington station despite winter conditions, performed the fuel drain in sub-zero temps, flushed the system, and got the Sierra loaded and moving.

GMC Sierra 2500

Sierra Duramax diesel was filled with regular gas at a station on Coliseum Boulevard near the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. Owner didn't notice the wrong pump. Our Northeast Indiana tech arrived at the Coliseum Boulevard station, performed a full fuel drain and Duramax system flush, and had the Sierra back on US-30.

GMC Sierra 3500

Sierra Duramax was filled with regular gas at a station on East Grand Avenue near the Iowa State Capitol and the trendy East Village neighborhood. Responded to the East Village station, performed a thorough fuel drain and Duramax flush, and had the Sierra running clean for the drive back to West Des Moines.

GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax

Sierra Duramax diesel filled with gasoline at a Petro-Canada near the Anthony Henday and Whitemud interchange. Engine started misfiring on the ring road. Responded to the highway shoulder near the interchange. Cold-weather fuel drain with fresh diesel topped off. Back on the road in under an hour despite -25°C temps.

GMC Sierra 1500 Diesel

Sierra diesel rental filled with regular gas at a Murphy station near the DFW rental car center. Engine died on Airport Freeway on the way to return. Responded to Airport Freeway shoulder. GMC drain and flush in under an hour. Customer made their flight.
